Dear MSUB Wine & Food Festival Attendee,

As we eagerly anticipate the Wine & Food Festival, we are excited about the streamlined process for managing your tickets this year with digital ticketing. This new system is designed to enhance the experience for you and your guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

 Here’s How It Works:

  1. Digital Tickets Delivery: You should have received an email and/or text to redeem your ticket(s). Alternatively, one can access ticket(s) directly online by logging into https://onecau.se/msubwinefest and navigating to “My Account” (Be sure you log in with the email the original ticket link was sent to).
  2. Please note any guests without an email or mobile number in the system will not receive their digital ticket, however their name will be on the list at the check-in station at the event.  Our volunteers will be available to assist these guests and finalize their registration at the event. 
  3. Claimed Tickets: Once the ticket is claimed the guest should receive email invitation to fill out personal details and add a credit card to their account. This step is crucial for participating in the silent auction and simplifying the check-in process.
  4. Why does it ask for a credit card:  Just like putting a card on file to hold a hotel room, registering a credit card with this system is a one-time setup that allows our guests to seamlessly bid on silent auction items and enjoy the event without hassle. Please know that cards on file will not be charged without consent. Guests that make purchases throughout the evening can pay with check or cash as well.  The card on file will only be charged if you purchase something and then authorize payment.  Couples are able to share payment and bidding information if desired, and our volunteers will be at the event to assist with this feature as well.
