The Director of Leadership Giving leads the Foundation’s major gift efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors in support of MSU Billings’ strategic priorities. Reporting to the CEO, this role manages a personal portfolio, serves as a key ambassador to internal and external stakeholders, and drives enhanced-level philanthropy initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, the Director aligns donor interests with institutional needs, advances campaign priorities, and helps secure transformational gifts that strengthen the Foundation’s mission and long-term strategic plan.
